Forget the food. This trip is all about the drink-wines-red. White, rose, sparkling and desert, Shiraz, Zinfandel merlot, brut and chennin blance. It’s your time to swirl and sniff out underlying flavours, eat plenty of cheese and get ever-so-slightly happy.
