The Old Bell Guesthouse

The guesthouse was built in 1890 as a residence for special guests of the royal family of Sayla, and today, it still retains its colonial atmosphere, with the wide driveway, broad, carpeted staircase, and well-manicured gardens. Creepers slither down the walls and evidence for hunting parties gone by adorns the doorways. Practice your tennis on the old court or have a game of chess (set the stakes high) on the giant chessboard outside. Vintage cars gleam from the garages, and if you’re interested in learning about the ruling family, the sepia-toned photographs will give you a comfortable for all their simplicity, and the food is hearty. Perfect place for a spot of old-fashioned hospitality.
