WinGS flitting through the twilight and dawn, slopes carpeted with orchids and wreathed in mist. It’s the perfect place to float on cloud nine together without ever having to leave your hotel. If has its own orchid nursery, part of the 2.5 acres of woodland estate, and the place is so private that there’s no room service in the 10 rooms, except for bed tea. And not televisions interned or telephones-although the main office is well-connected. They don’t even organise treks, though they do make suggestions if you want them. Hide away in the bamboo and stone cottages that are built to blend in with the landscape. You can lose yourself in the gorgeous views from your cottage window. Or count the numerous species of birds and moths that visit the gardens.
