9. Club Himalaya Resort

To describe a place Located at 7,200 ft with 360 –degree views of the Himalayan peaks is to ask for the impossible. No doubt several adjectives do come to mind, but every one of them has to be discarded for its inadequacy. Just so you get an idea, Club Himalaya Resort is about 30 km from Kathmandu and sits on a single hill, called Windy Hill. An elegant building, it was designed with aesthetics and comfort in mind, through there’s nothing here to overwhelm or compete with nature’s magnificence outside. The rooms are spacious, each with their own balconies, all the better to take in the views.
