Adam's Peak Rainforest Lodge

Situated near the historic village of Siripagama and the 2,243m peak that is equally symbolic to Christians, Buddhists, Muslims and Hindus, the Adam's Peak Rainforest Lodge is surrounded by over 50 acres of untouched tropical rainforest, as well as tea and ruber plantations. With a natural spa on the stream that runs through the lodge's grounds, there's plenty of scope for an energising swim. A broad porch runs along the length of the lodge, perfect for a long meal with a beautiful view of the green, gleaming rainforest. Watch the teapickers in action, and then head off on a jungle trail, or hike up to Adam's peak. A number of waterfalls are close by-including the Bopath Ella Falls and the stupendous Dodan Falls. One of the country's most important archaeological sites-batadombalena, is also a drive away.
