Returns & Exchanges

We meticulously create and craft each garment with love. We prefer exchanges over returns, and are happy to provide you with a different size. The customer is requested to check carefully the size before placing an order to ensure the right fit. In case of Sarees or Bags only damaged products will be accepted for exchange. To support your exchange claim it is recommended to take a video at the time of opening the box.

Disclaimer : All our products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. Every piece is a creation of artisans, and based on craft styles that are unique to the fabric and style. There may be natural blemishes/ variations that are not product flaws. In particular, handloom fabrics have their own uniqueness - The flaws, imperfections, or so called ‘defects’- maybe an uneven yarn, a knot, an unfinished stitch. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that make your Anika Daga product buys special and truly one of a kind.

For Exchanges:

  1. The customer needs to notify of the exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Kindly note that customized items and items on sale cannot be exchanged.
  3. Please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery at meanikadaga@gmail.com and tell us why you want to exchange the garment. 
  4. Our team will get back to you at the earliest and guide you the process for exchange.
  5. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipment of all products that need to be exchanged.
  6. We will ship the new garment within 21 business days (if it is a ready-to-ship delivery), after we have received the original product.
  7. We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the garments received for return are damaged, used, worn, and without their original tags.

For Returns:

  1. The customer needs to notify of the return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Kindly note that customized items and items on sale cannot be returned.
  3. Please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery at meanikadaga@gmail.com and tell us why you want to return the garment. 
  4. The customer will be refunded the cost of the product after 3 weeks of the return request. We will deduct cost of shipment from the amount.
  5. Our team will get back to you at the earliest and guide you the process for return.
  6. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipment of all returns.
  7. We reserve the right to reject returns if the garments received for return are damaged, used, worn, and without their original tags.

NOTES

In the event of unforeseen circumstances—including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or other extraordinary events—the company reserves the right to modify shipment schedules, product replacements, and refund timelines in a manner deemed realistic and appropriate by the company.

All refunds or customer payments will be processed at the company’s discretion, and may be made via bank transfer, third-party payment services, PayPal, or other methods as the company sees fit.
